Salem Longest Day Event- Color Fun Run/Walk June 21,2024 |

On Friday June 21, 2024 an Alzheimer's Awareness and fundraiser event was held in Salem. The event was a One Mile Color Fun Walk/Run to benefit the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern New York. The event started at the bottom of Salem Artworks Hill and ended at the Historic Salem Courthouse. There were 4 color stations along the way, each representing a connection to Alzheimer's. At the Historic Salem Courthouse participants listened to the music of Bob Beaver and enjoyed cold water and ice cream.
