On October 11th the Salem Fire Department held its annual Open House and Touch A Truck Event. Participating in this year’s event were: Salem Rescue Squad Cambridge Valley Rescue Squad Rupert Vermont Volunteer Fire Department Hartford Volunteer Fire Company Fort Ann Volunteer Fire Company Hebron Volunteer Fire Company Salem Washington Academy Town of Salem Department of Public Works Washington County, Department of Public Safety Washington County Sheriff's Office New York State Police Lucky Puppy Rescue The Fire Department would like to thank everyone that took part of the Touch A Truck event and to everyone in the community for stopping by. If you would like to talk about becoming a member stop by the Salem Fire House Tuesdays at 6pm. We will see everyone in October next year. |
