2011 Go Jump In The Lake

This year's Go Jump In The Lake event beat last year’s record in all aspects: donations, attendance, jumpers, sponsors and WEATHER!!!

Approximately 400 people were in attendance (beating last year’s record of 300).  The Event raised $10,000.00 for the cause, helping Real American Heroes and their families.

A big shout out and thank you to our friends and supporters The New York State Patriot Guard Riders who came out in force to support this event…riding their bikes from as far away as 80 miles.

A heartfelt thank you to the surrounding communities for their support of Hugs for Heroes, SUMC and this fund raising event.  The donations from this event will allow the HUGS group to provide assistance to many of our heroes and their families this year.
